This cuvée is a pure expression of Chardonnay, sourced from a rigorous massal selection of the oldest and highest-quality vines on the estate. It is a blend of 50% 2014 and 50% 2015 base wines, fermented and aged in small vats for 10 months on the lees, followed by a minimum of 102 months of aging in the bottle. The extended lees aging imparts complex aromas of dried fruit and toasted bread, while the Brut Nature dosage allows the pure, mineral-driven character of the Chardonnay to shine through, offering a creamy yet precise palate with a long, briny finish. This is a rare and limited cuvée, with only 751 bottles produced.
