Under the stewardship of Patricia Siblas and her son, Thomas Maume, the domaine has returned to family hands, bringing together the best of both worlds. The vineyards, meticulously farmed and nurtured over the past decade, are in impeccable health. Now, in the cellar, the family is recapturing the true, unadorned typicity of Gevrey that made them famous—but with a refined, modern touch.
The result is a magnificent synthesis: wines of sapid concentration, deep earthy complexity, and serious structural tension. Gone is the extreme rusticity of the past, and softened is the hyper-polished sheen of the interim years.
