The "Psyché" cuvée is a perfect harmony of Chardonnay and Meunier, representing a balance of elegance, complexity, and freshness. The name, inspired by the Greek goddess Psyche, serves as a metaphor for purity, elegance, and finesse. This Extra Brut champagne undergoes 10 months of aging in tanks on fine lees, followed by a minimum of 30 months of bottle aging. It offers a refined tasting experience with notes of fresh fruit, citrus, and subtle minerality, and is characterized by a firm, bright palate with a chalky texture and a beautiful, saline finish.
