Rosé d'Emeline is a confidential micro-cuvée, with only 1,500 bottles produced, that perfectly embodies the winemaker's gourmand and precise style. This blended Champagne strikes a subtle balance between the generosity of red fruits and mineral tension, offering a true sense of vinosity without ever losing elegance.
The robe is luminous and seductive. The precise 50/50 blend of Meunier and Chardonnay is the secret to its harmony: the Meunier coats the palate with crunchy red berry notes (wild strawberry, raspberry), while the Chardonnay brings beautiful freshness, uprightness, and a long, chalky finish typical of the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. Its 30 months of cellar aging have allowed the bubbles to refine and the texture to round out, supported by a well-judged Extra Brut dosage (6 g/L) that respects the natural brilliance of the fruit.
